HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be emailed to you, and you can track it here.

I DIDN'T GET AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT DO I DO?

Confirmation emails are sent out immediately after placing an order, but No worries! If you don't see one within 24 hours, please email us at support@lexudeshop.com or WhatsApp at +971 505051909 , and we'll sort it out.

WHAT IF MY ORDER GOES MISSING?

We apologize for the inconvenience. In such a case, please ensure that you've checked your tracking number and have provided the correct address at the time of placing your order. Please Note: For security reasons, we cannot take responsibility for packages left at receptions or outside apartments based on courier recommendations.

I CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

If your order is already processed, you can still return it after receiving it, you will then get a refund in form of store credit. for more info please check our Exchange & Refund Policy.

CAN I UPDATE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

Absolutely! If you need to change the delivery address within the same city, contact the courier and email us at support@lexudeshop.com or reach out on WhatsApp: +971 505051909 to keep us informed.

I MADE A MISTAKE IN MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?

Please Reach out as soon as possible on support@lexudeshop.com or on WhatsApp: +971 505051909 with a request to change your order. Although once an order is dispatched, orders can't be changed. You have to then wait until you receive it. Once received, you can request an exchange here, please read our Exchange & Refund Policy to learn more.

CAN SOMEONE ELSE RECEIVE MY ORDER FOR ME?

Certainly! Feel free to notify the courier in advance for a smooth delivery process. Your convenience matters, and we appreciate your cooperation!

DO I NEED TO BE PRESENT AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

In case of COD, our deliveries should be received, paid for and signed by someone (anyone) at the provided address. For contactless deliveries (already paid online), the package may be left at your doorstep. However, please note that we're not responsible for packages left at receptions or outside apartments if misplaced. Proof of Delivery will be provided (Image at the door and/or parcel)

I PLACED AN ORDER DURING A SALE EVENT. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

Due to the high volume of orders during Black Friday, Birthday Sale, and other special Sale Events, please anticipate a slight delay in order delivery.

What if an item I want is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for restock notifications. (by WhatsApp) check how below.


Simply visit the product page, select your size, press on the NOTIFY ME WHEN AVAILABLE button, then enter your contact details.

We always run discounted prices on Pre-Orders, you get an estimated delivery date of when the item would be available.

Does you have options for different shoes colors?

The available colors of the shoes are shown on the product page, although we'd like to hear your feedback for new color suggestions.

Will anyone know that I am wearing height increasing shoes?

Our main mission was to create the best designs for height-increasing shoes. We meticulously crafted our designs with fashion and style in mind so that from the outside, they look like any other shoes. Our height-increasing layer is well embedded inside the shoes so it's totally discreet. There are also no signs of our brand "L'EXUDE" on any part of the shoes for an extra layer of stealth.

I RECEIVED INCORRECT/INCOMPLETE ORDER. WHAT CAN I DO?

In a rare case that you have received a wrong/faulty item or an incomplete order, please contact us at support@lexudeshop.com or on WhatsApp: +970 505051909 and outline that you’re reporting a faulty item. We will arrange a free collection from you with the relevant courier service. We will need the following details from you in order to proceed with replacing your faulty item:

• Your Order ID number

• Pictures evidence of the faulty item

• Description of the issues you have with the faulty item

HOW DO I VIEW WHAT IS MY SHOPPING CART?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

Once you click on this icon, you can easily change the quantity you want to purchase of a particular item in your cart by updating the quantity listed.

You can also delete any item in your cart by clicking the “trash” icon next to that item.

HOW DO I ADD ITEMS TO MY CART?

Choose the product from the upper menu, it will take you to the product page, choose size and quantity and then click on “GET MY SNEAKER” and the product will be added in the cart.

HOW DO I REMOVE ITEMS FROM MY CART?

To view the contents of your cart, click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your screen.

You can delete any item in your cart by clicking the “trash” icon next to that item.

HOW DO I CHANGE THE QUANTITY OF A PARTICULAR ITEM ON MY CART?

To change the quantity of an item in your cart,  click on the “Cart” icon in the upper-right corner of your screen and press either the "+" or "-" sign to adjust your cart, the quantity will be automatically updated.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CREATE AN ORDER THROUGH CUSTOMER SERVICE?

If you have a voucher code you can add it at checkout and your discount will be applied before you place your order.
