EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
We're pleased to accept returns & exchange requests within 14-Days of your package's arrival.
We value your satisfaction and aim to make the refund and exchange process as convenient as possible.
The following conditions should be met to qualify for exchanges:
● The shoes must remain unused, unworn, and undamaged, inside their box as they came originally with all original labels and tags intact.
● Exchanges and refunds occur in the form of Store Credit, issued exactly at the same price of the returned item at the exact amount it was purchased at. You can then buy the item you please from the store using store credit.
● Items purchased with Store Credit might be subject to a shipping fee in case your order amount is below the 150 AED threshold of free shipping. All shoes prices are above the minimum threshold for free shipping which is 150 AED, for other items in the store that are below 150 AED, a flat fee of 20 AED for shipping will be added at checkout.
● Any item(s) purchased through Store Credit (against an exchange request) cannot be exchanged again.
● Store credit issued against the exchange request is valid for 14 months after the date of issuance.
● Cash on delivery payments are refunded as store credits
